Jessica Dadas-Schulze has over fifteen years of experience as a practicing attorney and owner of Schulze Law & Consulting PLLC.  Jessica earned her J.D. degree at Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and LLM in Taxation from Wayne State University Law School.  As an attorney and expert in consulting practices, Jessica and her team are committed to delivering and protecting the legal and business interests of their clients.  Over time, Jessica's law degree has led her to focus and specialize in business planning, entity formation, start-ups, taxation, IRS and state tax dispute resolution, healthcare, real estate acquisitions and transfers, real estate development, estate planning, and asset protection.
